The Panorama Idea Home is a 6,600 square-foot custom retreat in Breckenridge, Colo., by Thrive Home Builders. Presented in a Modern Farmhouse style on a two-acre lot, the home is designed and engineered to achieve carbon neutrality, net-zero energy use, indoor comfort and health, and a high degree of resiliency for its mountain climate. Thrive will leverage multiple building science best practices, innovative equipment, and off-site construction methods to speed production, reduce waste and labor, and fulfill the home's lofty but attainable performance goals.

Panorama's single-level, 6,600-square foot floor plan encompasses six bedrooms and eight bathrooms, an open floor plan concept, work-from-home opportunities, and ample outdoor living spaces and fenestration that capture views of the surrounding mountains and National Forest. The central core, divided by a front-to-back entry hall, splinters off on one side to a separate lounge and remote working area adjacent to a three-car garage, and from the other side to a wing of multiple en-suite bedrooms anchored by an off-set primary suite.
